▶ The seminal will be held on Tuesday, July 6th in Seminar Room A at University of Pennsylvania. 

Q9 ) I'm interested in talking about electricit related issues, As far as I know there is a discussion being held after lunch, right? 

▶ No, actually, a discussion on "controlling and coordinating of ocean electrictiy" by brady smith from Boston University will be held at 10:30 before lunch. 

Q10 ) I have no information about what's being held in the afternoon, could you tell me about all of the sessions after lunch? 

▶ Sure, There will be two sessions. 

    First, from 1:30 to 3:30, There is a Special Lecture on "Discovery of Hybrid car" by Time Deckard from Toronto University, 

    Second, from 3:30 to 4, there will be Closing Remarks.

Q8 ) where is the convention take place and what is the first session after registration ? 

▶ the convention will be held at Sheraton Dalla hotel, and first session after registration is Opening Speech by Ronald L.Jackson President. 

** Q9 )  I might have to leave for a while during the convention because I have to make an important conference call which may last more than 30 minutes, would it be possible to do it ?   

▶ Sure, you have time from 11:20 to 12:00, there was supposed to be a discusion on intenationalization, but it has been canceled. So you can have 40 minutes to leave. 

 

Q10 ) Could you please tell me which sessions are scheduled after lunch ? 

▶ Sure, There are three sessions after lunch, 

First, at 1 pm, There is a workshop on Health Care System. It is mandatory. 

Second, at 2 pm, There is a presentation on "what does it mean to be a citizen" by prof. Marry Johnson from Huntington University. 

Finally, at 3:30 pm there will be a Closing Remarks.

▶ No, actually there is no bus reservation. you should take your private car.

▶ at Day 1, in Beijing there is a tour of the great wall of china. 

 

Q10 ) How much is the tour and what is included in the tour price ? 

▶ Tour price is four hundred dollars for adults and two hundred fifty dollars for children. 
and Tour price includes entrance fees to all tourists sites and meals 
However, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are not included.

▶ It is supposed to be an interview with Engene Lee from Denstsu Imaging. But it has been canceled.

 

Q10 ) I heard there are applicants applying for the video editor position. can you tell me all the details about the interviews with them? 

▶ There are two applicants who is applying for a video editor. First, at 9:30 am, You will have interviews with Alex Barron from Omnicom. Second, at 11:00 am, You will have interviews with Natalie Perez from Edleman.

▶ No, there was supposed to be an interview with Sunny Lee from A&G Fashion. However, It has been canceled.

▶ There are two interviews about the customer service representative position. 
First, at 10:20 am, You will have interviews with Andrea Wilson. He has worked at Hanson Furniture as a sales reprsentative. 
Second, at 3:20 pm, You will have interviews with Andrew Burkland. He has worked at Fashin Beyond as a sales assistant.

▶ No, there was supposed to be a courese about digital marketing. But it has been canceled.

▶ There are two courses about writing. 

First, Effective business writing will be held on Fridays from two pm to four pm. 

Second, Advanced Business writing introduction will be held on Mondays from seven pm to nine pm.

▶ The cooking clinic start at nine thirty. and registration fee is fourty dollars. 

 

Q9 ) a neighbor of mine told me that all participants will receive free ingredient for cooking. right? 

▶ No, on the Italian Cuisine course you should pay for an extra fee for ingredients.

 

Q10 ) I might have to  leave before 3 pm for another meeting. Could you tell me what sessions I will miss?

▶ There are two sessions after 3 pm. First at 3:00 There will be a session on Cooking for special occasions by chef. Sam Franklin. Second, at 4 pm, There will be Easy Baking by Chef. Louis Kim.

▶ No, there is a play before 4 pm. Shows in the sun will be held at 1 pm on August twenty second. 

Q10 ) Could you tell me about the comedy place scheduled for august ? 

▶ There are three comedy plays. First, "the importance of being Earnest" will be held at 6 pm on Aug. 2. 

Second "Traffic Signal" will be held at 8 pm on Aug.16. Finally, Curious Salesman will be held at 7pm at Aug. 30.

▶ No, you paid for using a credit card.

Q10 ) Could you tell me all the details of my order? 

▶ You ordered two items. 
First, You ordered two sets of Writing Supply Set. Its unit price is 10dollars twenty cents. 
Second, you ordered a diary that is 20dollars.
